Job Summary:

The Product Upselling Executive is responsible for identifying customer needs and promoting relevant health check-up packages and diagnostic test combos at the center. The role involves face-to-face interaction with walk-in customers, explaining test benefits, and maximizing revenue through effective product pitching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and explain the features and benefits of diagnostic test packages, health check-up combos, and individual tests.
• Engage walk-in customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate test packages.
• Promote seasonal and campaign-based offers to customers at the front desk or waiting areas.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all available tests, combos, pricing, and ongoing discounts.
• Coordinate with the front office and nursing teams to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale.
• Record upselling conversations and report daily sales performance to the Center Manager.
• Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.
• Provide feedback from customers regarding pricing, package relevance, and service experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum PUC/+2; Graduation preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or counter sales (Healthcare or diagnostics preferred)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with persuasive selling ability
• Basic knowledge of healthcare and diagnostics
• Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred)
• Good computer skills (CRM or data entry)

Work Schedule:

• 6-day work week
• Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,359.25 - ₹30,000.00 per month
