Role & responsibilities A successful candidate will create an inclusive, positive, and empowering team environment, while leading global and cross-functional teams. A successful candidate will also balance multiple projects simultaneously and drive clear decisions based on business objectives. Ensuring that the manufacturing / delivery process abides to the Automotive Quality Management System, Phased Review Discipline, and regulatory needs of the applicable markets. Executing NPI / PPAP / Mass pro plans according to the committed timelines and within regulatory and automotive quality guidelines and processes, including coordination with all cross-functional tasks and deliverables to meet quality, deployment, performance, and productivity goals. Working closely with Business development team and Customers to plan and execute projects based on agreed roadmaps and business needs. Developing project plans and driving execution of program milestones for NPI, PPAP, Ramp up / Mass Pro and Manufacturing transfer programs along with 4M planning. Leading the assigned team of program executives / managers to establish an integrated plan to deliver the program as per program team / individual commitment on OTD, Revenue, Cost and driving for the customer satisfaction. Working with the Quality, manufacturing, Logistics teams to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary improvements. Preferred candidate profile Self-starter with high energy and drive to succeed. Comfortable with domestic and international travel for client visits and trade shows. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
