Implement automation standards, policies, and processes to impact design and implementation approaches. Define uniform quality expectations by allocating and prioritizing Automation resources in an Agile environment. Ensure our Build pipeline is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. About You 3+ years of experience building and directly managing teams 8+ years experience testing SaaS and/or cloud-based Enterprise applications Bachelors degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience Other Qualifications: Proficient in programming with a deep understanding of integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines across various environments. Comprehensive experience in all testing methodologies, including unit, integration, system, functional, non-functional, and performance testing. Demonstrated dedication to automation with a strategic "automation-first" mentality. Proven ability to design and architect automation solutions that foster shared accountability for quality. Expertise in continuous integration systems, emphasizing rapid feedback mechanisms and comprehensive quality metrics. Strong people management skills with a track record of recruiting, coaching, and nurturing talent within teams. Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to influence and provide thought leadership. Effective communicator capable of representing the "voice of Quality," holding all teams accountable for quality, and conveying opportunities and concerns to upper management and collaborators across multiple Product Areas. Ability to delve into technical intricacies when necessary while also adept at communicating effectively to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Atlassian tools such as JIRA & Confluence for efficient project management and collaboration.
