Test EV chargers (AC/DC) as per specs, set up stations, run diagnostics, log issues, ensure IS/IEC/BIS compliance, document reports, support R&D, update test SOPs, and maintain test equipment health. Required Candidate profile Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics with 1–4 yrs in product testing. Knowledge of EV chargers, testing tools, diagnostics, IS/IEC/BIS standards, troubleshooting, & basic SAP/MS Office skill required.

Role & responsibilities 1) Review of Customer drawing & standards for Material specifications 2) Checking & validation on feasibility of properties / performance based on the existing capability / capacity available in house (BFL) 3) Case to case basis initiate activities calling for actual testing before committing on performance 4) Ability to initiate innovative product development. 5) Analyse new components, materials and technologies to evaluate functionalities for all products 6) Independently facilitates forging validations & trials 7) Shall be conversant with Micro alloyed Steel portfolio 8) Document records for all process/ project proposals and associated activities. 9) Check & Validate PPAP and Control Plans for all NPDs 10) Give guidance to the team on technical compliance Experience on Quality Systems IATF, ISO etc Preferred candidate profile In depth knowledge on Metallurgy, forging, heat treatment, product testing and performance mapping Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA etc Experience on ISO/ IATF & or allied systems

Operate, maintain, and ensure proper handling of laboratory equipment and testing instruments. Accurately record test results, prepare basic reports, and maintain detailed laboratory notes/documentation.

You will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials and finished products meet specifications by conducting meticulous examinations and using precise measurement tools. This includes performing durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality and performance according to standardized methods. A crucial part of your role will be to maintain detailed records of inspections, where you will note any deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control.
