Product Support Expert- CAD 3D

As an experienced Product Support Expert specializing in EPC domain CAD 3D solutions, your role will involve providing technical expertise and guidance to resolve issues related to digital and IT applications within the EPC domain. Your main accountabilities will include ensuring the availability and reliability of CAD 3D tools for the design team, implementing 3D models according to Air Liquide standards, and collaborating with various teams for application changes and releases. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the application support and maintenance function. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise and guidance on resolving technical issues related to digital and IT applications within the EPC domain - Ensure project needs are recognized and project set-up is adequate, including for 3rd party projects - Implement 3D models according to Air Liquide standards and governance practices - Provide the right level of communication to customers and end users - Collaborate with development, product, and infrastructure teams for planning and implementing application changes and releases - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the application support and maintenance function Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in EPC domain application support and operational roles in the EPC industry or related fields - Customer and service-oriented with solution-focused decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, in an international environment - Strong technical knowledge of application support and maintenance processes, including troubleshooting, incident management, and release management - Proficiency in Hexagon Smart 3D and Aveva E3D, including in-depth knowledge of functionalities, configurations, and troubleshooting - Advanced skills in 3D CAD Data Management and Database Troubleshooting, with SQL/Database fundamental knowledge - Understanding of Engineering Design Workflows/Processes and CAD 3D tools applications in disciplines like piping, structural, instrumentation, and electrical - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in digital applications Join Air Liquide in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of employees, customers, and cultures worldwide.
