Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations is another critical responsibility. You will also need to address customer inquiries and promptly resolve issues related to orders and delivery. Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and upholding a clean work environment will be part of your daily routine. Conducting safety training sessions and enforcing safety protocols among team members will also fall under your purview.
