You are a dynamic and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) being sought to lead FASTA PIZZA, a Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) company with a focus on expanding B2B partnerships and venturing into international markets. Your primary role will involve spearheading strategic planning, operational excellence, and driving profitable growth in both domestic and export channels. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing growth strategies for QSR outlets, institutional clients, and export markets. You will be tasked with identifying new business models such as franchising, co-branding, and cloud kitchens, as well as expanding presence in lucrative international markets. Moreover, as the CEO, you will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, aggregators, and foodservice operators, managing global distributor and supply chain networks, and ensuring product standardization and scalability for exports. In terms of operational oversight, your role will encompass supervising store operations, supply chain management, kitchen productivity, and enhancing customer experience. You will drive the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all outlets and export units, while leveraging technology for kitchen operations, order management, and analytics. Financially, you will have complete P&L responsibility, oversee budgeting, and capital planning, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as costs, margins, customer retention, store performance, and export volume. Reporting progress, risks, and opportunities to the board and management will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to build and lead a high-performance leadership team spanning operations, marketing, and supply chain functions, fostering a results-driven, customer-centric culture that prioritizes innovation and speed. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the QSR, food retail, or FMCG industry, with a proven track record in B2B foodservice and/or food exports. Strong commercial acumen, experience in scaling operations, and expanding markets, as well as familiarity with franchise or multi-unit models are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. The Food & Beverages Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and quality control aspects of the food and beverage function across multiple parks with a primary focus on Lonavala and Indore. Your role includes in-depth involvement in costing, inventory management, product standardization, and compliance with FSSAI and legal regulations, playing a crucial part in optimizing costs, maintaining quality, and ensuring operational consistency across sites. Your key responsibilities will involve detailed cost break-up and costing analysis for raw materials and finished products, monitoring F&B expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets, and evaluating vendor quotations for better cost control. You will collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure menu and product standardization, maintain consistency in recipes, ingredients, and portion sizes, and support the design and costing of new food & beverage products in line with market demand and brand strategy. Additionally, you will implement and monitor inventory management systems to reduce wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies, monitor food quality and safety standards, ensure compliance with all legal and statutory food safety regulations, and generate periodic reports on food cost performance, wastage, consumption patterns, and variance. Furthermore, you will travel to park locations to conduct audits, train staff, and act as the central point of control to maintain uniformity in practices across sites. Ideal candidates for this role should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in theme parks, hospitality chains, or large-scale F&B outlets. You should possess expertise in costing, inventory control, FSSAI compliance, vendor management, quality audits, and multi-unit coordination, along with a Bachelors or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Define and govern standard product packages and configurations across customer segments. Maintain and continuously update the Bill of Materials (BOM) library. Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to ensure technical feasibility and cost alignment. Lead sourcing and procurement of critical SRT materials (inverters, structures, cabling, panels). Negotiate vendor contracts, rate agreements, and ensure TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) optimization. Identify, evaluate, and onboard a robust supplier base with performance tracking mechanisms. Drive supplier reviews, incoming quality checks, and ensure compliance with performance standards. Coordinate with PPC and Stores to ensure component availability and reduce aging stock and WIP. Strategically align inventory buffers based on demand variability. Streamline and digitize supply workflows using SAP HANA. Implement dashboard-based BOM procurement tracking and monitoring. Develop auto-trigger systems to ensure proactive replenishment of critical materials. Monitor trends in key component pricing and maintain real-time cost databases.
