You are a dynamic and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) being sought to lead FASTA PIZZA, a Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) company with a focus on expanding B2B partnerships and venturing into international markets. Your primary role will involve spearheading strategic planning, operational excellence, and driving profitable growth in both domestic and export channels. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing growth strategies for QSR outlets, institutional clients, and export markets. You will be tasked with identifying new business models such as franchising, co-branding, and cloud kitchens, as well as expanding presence in lucrative international markets. Moreover, as the CEO, you will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, aggregators, and foodservice operators, managing global distributor and supply chain networks, and ensuring product standardization and scalability for exports. Financially, you will have complete P&L responsibility, oversee budgeting, and capital planning, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as costs, margins, customer retention, store performance, and export volume. Reporting progress, risks, and opportunities to the board and management will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to build and lead a high-performance leadership team spanning operations, marketing, and supply chain functions, fostering a results-driven, customer-centric culture that prioritizes innovation and speed. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the QSR, food retail, or FMCG industry, with a proven track record in B2B foodservice and/or food exports. Strong commercial acumen, experience in scaling operations, and expanding markets, as well as familiarity with franchise or multi-unit models are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. Preferred attributes include a strong industry network encompassing aggregators, institutional buyers, and export agents, knowledge of food regulations and compliance on both local and global levels, and experience in driving digital transformation, such as POS, CRM, and delivery integration.,

The Food & Beverages Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and quality control aspects of the food and beverage function across multiple parks with a primary focus on Lonavala and Indore. Your role includes in-depth involvement in costing, inventory management, product standardization, and compliance with FSSAI and legal regulations, playing a crucial part in optimizing costs, maintaining quality, and ensuring operational consistency across sites. Your key responsibilities will involve detailed cost break-up and costing analysis for raw materials and finished products, monitoring F&B expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets, and evaluating vendor quotations for better cost control. You will collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure menu and product standardization, maintain consistency in recipes, ingredients, and portion sizes, and support the design and costing of new food & beverage products in line with market demand and brand strategy. Ideal candidates for this role should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in theme parks, hospitality chains, or large-scale F&B outlets. You should possess expertise in costing, inventory control, FSSAI compliance, vendor management, quality audits, and multi-unit coordination, along with a Bachelors or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Define and govern standard product packages and configurations across customer segments. Maintain and continuously update the Bill of Materials (BOM) library.
