Hello, We are hiring for "Senior Staff Consultant- Product Owner for Gurgaon Location . Job Title Senior Staff Consultant- Product Owner Work Mode Work from Office/Hybrid Exp : 10+Years Loc: Gurgaon Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days(Serving) Required experience: Work closely with the product squad to define and deliver user centric offerings that add value. You will do this by forming a deep understanding of user needs and current product offerings that allow you to write, manage and execute against requirements. Begin to build your product maturity by working to understand and align to the broader product strategy and business objectives. What I do? | Key accountabilities €¢ Drive your squad: Work closely with your engineering and design counterparts to evolve the work of your squad so that it aligns to the broader efforts set by a Senior Manager or Product Director. €¢ Execute with Excellence: Enable the day-to-day effectiveness of your squad through completion of activities such as user story creation, backlog grooming, and clear and frequent communication with your team. €¢ Measure what matters: Measure and improve key product metrics to enhance the user experience. €¢ Build your product maturity: Working with product leadership to develop and hone the following skills: Bring others on the journey: develop clear communication and resources that share the story of your product€™s evolution and its alignment to objectives. Participate in forums to share this information. o Know our business: Gain and maintain a clear understanding of business strategy and objectives. Seek to understand how your squad contributes to these efforts. o Comprehend the market: Work to gain an understanding of the market we compete in €“ including competitive functionality. o Understand your users: Begin to build a detailed understanding of both client needs and end user engagement. o Create Awareness: Develop an understanding of the go to market process and product managements interaction with product marketing. €¢ Actively demonstrate values and behaviors €“ passion, curiosity, courage, and collaboration.
