The Regional Sales Manager for Crushing & Screening Equipment will be responsible for leading regional sales operations for crushing & screening plants, mobile crushers, feeders, conveyors, and related heavy equipment. You will drive business growth, manage dealer networks, and oversee large project accounts. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing regional sales strategy to achieve targets, identifying new customers in mining, quarrying, and infra projects, building and managing relationships with contractors, quarry owners, OEM dealers, EPC companies, and consultants, presenting technical features, configuring equipment, and preparing quotations. You will also negotiate techno-commercial terms, monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategy, guide and train field sales engineers in the region, and provide regular reporting to senior management on pipeline and performance. The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of B2B sales experience in crushing & screening equipment, HEMM, mining machinery, or construction equipment. You should possess strong dealer/distributor and key account management skills, a solid understanding of process flow, product sizing, and plant layout, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. A willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region is essential.
