This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive innovation and efficiency in IT service management and related business functions. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development : - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and associated product. - Align platform capabilities with business objectives, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and user experience. - Identify opportunities for process automation and innovation using ServiceNow.
