Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of Java-based enterprise products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and proficiency with Azure DevOps . This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to gather requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables for development teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as the bridge between customers, stakeholders, and development teams to define and deliver high-value product features. Own and manage the product backlog , ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups , ensuring Agile best practices are followed. Collaborate closely with engineering teams working on Java-based backend systems and applications . Use Azure DevOps to manage user stories, tasks, bugs, and sprints. Conduct customer interviews, demos, and feedback sessions to shape product enhancements and roadmap priorities. Work with UX/UI designers, QA, and dev teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Maintain a clear product vision and communicate the roadmap to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an Agile environment. Proven experience working on Java-based software products . Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles. Exceptional skills in sprint planning, user story writing, and backlog grooming . Customer-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, UX, and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, or cloud technologies. Experience in B2B enterprise product environments. Certifications like CSPO, SAFe PM/PO, or PMP are a plus.

Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial engineering with 4 - 6 years of experience or Bachelors in Mechanical / Production / Industrial engineering with 2 - 5 years of experience in CO (Change Order) writing and processing. Primary Responsibilities: Executing Engineering Change Management like processing & reviewing Change Orders (CO) Process and manage Change Orders (CO) through closure for successful implementation of Engineering changes or releases in Lam product BOM (Bill of Materials) structure. Ensure Engineering Change package adheres to company's change control policies/ procedures and design drafting standards Coordinating with CFT (cross functional teams) to manage release process of Product Option Changes Reviewing BOM content with cross functional teams Accountable for delivering on time with quality as part of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as consistent improvement in efficiency Mandatory skills and experience: Experience in Executing Engineering Change Management like writing Change Orders (CO) Experience in creation and management of BoM (Bill of Materials) structuring Desirable Skill: Knowledge on Advanced Excel Understanding of configuration management practices Exposure to Semi-conductor industry related Engineering activities

Role & responsibilities : 1. Manage Large Product releases, coordinate with various business partners, identify risks and dependencies and mitigate production Deployment Conflicts 2. Create, plan, coordinate and control production changes using Service Now tool, including urgent security-related changes 3. Manage business priorities and tight timelines for urgent changes: guide delivery and operational teams through urgent/embargo deployment processes 4. Facilitate and chair Release Strategy meetings and MOP (Method of Procedure) reviews which includes identification and mitigation of risks 5. Ability to communicate clearly with the large group of participants: define change's purpose, steps and backup plan Create and Maintain Release Management Calendar; host weekly calendar review meetings; create Production Change requests on daily basis in Service Now and obtain full change approval; mitigate deployment risks and potential collisions with other changes. Secure Deployment Bridge Facilitator and communicate deployment plan to all change participants and impacted applications. Familiarity with the Service Now tool. Preferred candidate profile : Experience managing large product releases , good communication skills.
