As a Lead Generation specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects in the assigned areas. You will be required to meet with builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, and homeowners to acquire potential clients/leads. Developing and maintaining a database of potential clients will also be a key part of your role. In terms of client acquisition and showroom visits, you will need to proactively contact potential customers through methods such as cold calls, site visits, and referrals. Your aim will be to convince prospects to visit the showroom and explore various product options. It will be crucial to effectively communicate product benefits, designs, and pricing to align with customer needs and preferences. Understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions will be essential for successful lead conversion. Relationship management and follow-ups play a vital role in this position. You will be expected to nurture ongoing relationships with both potential and existing clients. Follow-up activities with showroom visitors are crucial to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaboration with sales, logistics, and showroom staff will be necessary to provide a seamless service. Additionally, preparing and submitting sales reports, visit logs, and market feedback to the management team will be part of your regular responsibilities. Having sound product knowledge is key to excelling in this role. This includes staying updated on the company's product range, quality, pricing, and applications. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities is essential. Being knowledgeable about new product arrivals, features, and promotions will enable you to guide customers effectively in selecting suitable products based on their project requirements. Addressing technical queries related to product durability, installation, and maintenance will also be part of your duties. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ability to commute or relocate to Navsari, Gujarat, is required. A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory educational requirement. Proficiency in English is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is necessary for this role.
