Product Planning Senior specialist/ Specialist Product Management

Role Overview: As a Product Planning Senior Specialist/Specialist in the Team Member (Product Strategy & Planning Division), your main role will involve preparing product proposals and managing the lifecycle of ICE models in the HMI lineup during the planning phase. You will also be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating product lifecycle management activities, ensuring cost reduction without compromising product competitiveness, planning for technology adoption, and monitoring regulatory changes to align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare product proposals and manage the lifecycle of ICE models in the HMI lineup during the planning phase. - Develop go-to-market strategies including product briefing preparation, sharing with key stakeholders, preparing product guides, videos, and launch presentations. - Coordinate with HMC & HMI Plant teams for MY/FL activities, market feedback surveys, dealer and media feedback collection, and propose corrective or preventive maintenance plans. - Ensure minimum impact on product USP and competitiveness during cost reduction activities. - Study and implement adoption plans for new technologies, features, and UX items. - Monitor regulatory changes, coordinate with HMC, HMIE & HMI teams for new regulations/policies, and prepare accordingly to maintain business volumes. Qualifications Required: - Engineering degree in Mech & Auto. - MBA in Marketing & Sales. - Specialist: 1-4 years of experience / Sr. Specialist: 5-7 years of experience. - Skills required: Team player, strong analytics, good interpersonal skills.,
