Product Planning Senior specialist/ Specialist Product Management

As a Team Member in the Product Strategy & Planning Division, your primary responsibilities will include: - Participating in New Model Planning by preparing product proposals and managing the lifecycle of ICE models in the HMI lineup during the planning phase. - Developing Go-to-Market Strategies by creating product briefings and sharing them with key stakeholders, as well as preparing product guides, videos, and launch presentations. - Coordinating Product Lifecycle Management activities by working closely with HMC and HMI Plant teams for Model Year/Facelift activities, conducting market feedback surveys, collecting dealer and media feedback, and proposing corrective/measurement plans. - Ensuring Cost Reduction strategies that minimize the impact on product Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and competitiveness. - Engaging in Technology Planning by studying and implementing adoption plans for new technologies, features, and User Experience (UX) enhancements. - Monitoring Regulatory Changes by collaborating with HMC, HMIE, and HMI teams to stay updated on new regulations and policies, and preparing accordingly to ensure no negative impact on business volumes. The ideal candidate for this role should be a team player with strong analytical skills and good interpersonal abilities.
