As a Product Packaging & Artwork Specialist at Janitri, you will play a crucial role in developing packaging solutions and coordinating artwork for our innovative medical devices. Your attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure that the final deliverables meet brand, functionality, and compliance standards effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop primary and secondary packaging for product SKUs in alignment with product dimensions, protection needs, and branding guidelines. - Prototype and test packaging solutions, iterate based on feedback, and real-world performance in coordination with the production team. - Coordinate with the regulatory affairs team to develop user manuals, safety labels, and product documentation complying with medical guidelines and statutory requirements. - Design marketing-facing labels and packaging elements in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring consistency across platforms. - Create and manage packaging artwork using design software like Adobe Illustrator. - Support 3D visualization and CAD efforts to effectively communicate packaging concepts. - Maintain version control and documentation of artwork and packaging assets for traceability and audit readiness. - Collaborate with vendors or print partners to ensure quality and accuracy in printed packaging materials. **Qualifications:** - Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360) and 3D visualization skills. - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator. - Strong understanding of packaging structure, materials, and labeling standards. - Good eye for visual composition, layout, and detail-oriented design. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Open to learning required software tools with provided foundational training based on strong visualization skills and design thinking.
