Product Owner Summer Associate

As a Product Owner Summer Associate at Startup Camp, your role will involve driving product initiatives from concept to market delivery. You will collaborate with UX researchers, designers, engineers, and business professionals to become the domain expert in understanding the marketspace, consumers, and their challenges. Your primary focus will be on owning the product's vision and transforming it into a solution that meets users' needs and provides an exceptional experience. - Care about and empathise with the end user. - Own delivery of product initiatives and releases. - Write user narratives to envision the customer experience. - Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives. - Collaborate with engineers and designers to prioritize product enhancements based on impact. - Communicate development status and document progress towards milestones. - Perform market research and analysis. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or advanced degree from a top-tier university/college, or significant professional work experience. - Possess an entrepreneurial work style with a bias towards action. - Excellent organizational skills. - Open-minded and willing to learn new things. - Empathetic towards users. - Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Great interpersonal and communication skills. - Must be fully available in Hyderabad from 2 June 2025 through 29 August 2025.
