Job Description


Senior Director of Product Management, for the Zend team at Perforce is searching for a Product Owner to join the team. The Product Owner at Perforce will lead the product at all stages of the product lifecycle and closely partner with customers. The product owner will also work collaboratively with all colleagues in the Research Development, Marketing and Sales organizations to drive product improvement and new product development, and to ensure the successful business performance of the product.
Responsibilities:
    • Develop user requirements and translate them into product solutions that satisfy customers needs.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of strategies within the lifecycle of existing products.
    • Manage and enhance product quality, ensure ease of use, and continually evaluate product performance to improve functionality and delivery.
    • Ensure alignment with company objectives and market demands.
    • May be required to support additional products/brands as needed.
Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field .
    • 2+ years as Product Owner preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Willingness to take risks and embrace a culture of learning.
    • Team player mentality with a customer-focused attitude.
    • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Basic understanding of technologies powering web applications: HTTP, APIs, HTML.
    • PHP development experience preferred.
    • DevOps experience, particularly with orchestration and container technologies preferred.
