Product Owner - Logistics (Freight Forwarding)

Experience: 5-8 yrs

Notice: Immediate to 30 days

Location: Onsite Bengaluru – Hybrid (3 days WFO in a week)

We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills and experience in Logistics (preferably Freight Forwarding). The candidate should work with the multiple business teams to understand the problem statements and engage with Product team to deliver them.
Must have functional expertise in

• Freight forwarding/freight management.
• Quotation & Rate Management
• Freight Booking & Shipment Management (House/Master shipment)
• Billing (invoices/vendor bills)
• Document Management (FIATA BL, AWB, etc), CFS, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in product owner/analyst/manager role
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding workflows (booking, shipment, tracking, invoicing, etc.)
• Strong communication and functional documentation skills
• Agile/Scrum experience

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong domain knowledge in freight forwarding domain
• Functional expertise on key freight functions:
• Booking & Scheduling
• Shipment Tracking
• Documentation (e.g., BL, AWB)
• Customs Compliance
• Freight Invoicing & Costing
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and wireframing tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
