Role Overview: You will join Ramboll's HR Digital Products & People Analytics team as a Product Owner focusing on HR Technology, particularly ServiceNow HRSD and Global Payroll. Your role will involve managing the backlog for ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring continuous enhancements, supporting Global Payroll application, driving integration & automation, managing demand & delivery processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth rollouts of HR technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the ServiceNow HRSD backlog to ensure a steady flow of incremental improvements. - Manage the backlog for Global Payroll Application (Papaya Global) to align enhancements with business priorities. - Work with other HR product owners to optimize processes, integrate systems, and identify opportunities for automation. - Run the demand intake and qualification process, triage requests, and translate needs into actionable backlog items. - Partner with HR Process Owners and IT to identify needs, adopt new technologies, and drive digital HR initiatives. - Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support HR Operations handovers, and maintain proper documentation. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or a related field. - 6+ years experience in HR technology with hands-on exposure to ServiceNow HRSD and/or a Global Payroll Application. - Strong functional knowledge to guide developers and implementation partners. - Deep understanding of HR processes, service delivery models, and agile delivery. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in global, cross-functional teams. - Proactive, innovative, and passionate about digital transformation in HR. Additional Details: Ramboll will invest in upskilling you in both ServiceNow and Global Payroll areas. You will be supported by senior product owners, the Digital Employee Journey team, and the HR Tech community to enhance your capabilities in HR technology. Success in this role will involve proactive identification of HR technology needs, clear requirements understood by IT, smooth delivery of enhancements, confident handling of solutions by HR Operations post-handover, and building trust as a reliable HR Technology Product Owner.
