Product Owner - CRM

As a CRM Product Owner at Standard Chartered Bank, you will be a part of the Data, Digital and Coverage Platform Team (DDCP) within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division. Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for the frontline sales team. This transformative program aims to enhance sales, marketing, and servicing strategies to unlock new revenue opportunities and support the bank's growth ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include defining and implementing the pan-CIB transformation initiative CRMx, aligning the CRM Sustainable Finance Roadmap with the overall vision, and taking ownership of the CRMx Sustainable Finance product backlog. You will lead sessions and workshops based on Agile Delivery Methods, collaborate with Chief Product Owners, and drive the adoption of CRM products such as Dynamics 365. In addition to your strategic role, you will support the project team in commercializing project deliverables, provide coaching to team members, and manage risk aspects related to CRM processes. Adherence to policies, control standards, and regulatory frameworks will be crucial in your governance responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 8-10+ years of experience in digital and technology implementations, preferably in a large financial services organization. Proficiency in agile delivery approaches, certification as a Scrum Product Owner, and prior experience in managing change for a CRM platform are desired qualifications. Your ability to collaborate with diverse teams, communicate effectively, and drive stakeholder engagement will be essential in achieving successful outcomes.
