As a Product Owner at GlobalLogic, you will be customer/user obsessed, driving the overall product's strategy, vision, and roadmap to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve key product objectives. Your role will involve ensuring alignment and managing dependencies within the respective product teams. The team you will be a part of creates and delivers solutions that assist financial institutions in serving their retail and business customers with intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences. As a Product Manager, you are expected to possess a visionary mindset and strategic thinking abilities to develop and communicate a clear strategic vision and roadmap for the product. Strong leadership skills are essential for managing and leading Product Owners across teams effectively. Success in this role requires an in-depth understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product differentiation. You will play a crucial role in prioritizing and aligning product objectives with overall business goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying new solutions, enhancement opportunities, or product gaps in the current solution portfolio. Making a case for investment and prioritizing resources to deliver on business outcomes will be a key aspect of your role. You will drive product profitability and performance by managing short and long-term outcomes of the product portfolio, including connections to the roadmap, objectives, and investments. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating the product vision by leveraging market research, customer needs, and internal business priorities. The role also involves conducting PI planning with Product and Team resources to prioritize the product roadmap. Customer experience research, insights, and execution will be crucial in demonstrating a deep understanding of the customer/user through research and insights development. Collaborating with enabling functions such as marketing, sales, and operations will be necessary to position and promote products effectively to achieve business objectives. You will also play a role in managing product capabilities across channels to deliver product objectives. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of related experience in software solutions/product management, preferably in the fintech or banking industry. A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in relevant fields such as information technology management, computer science, or business.
