Our users can avai a transaction credit faciity for a wide range of products and services at more than 1 cr shops and websites About the role :Are you someone who oves to scale products and aso gets curious about the technoogy stack being used? We are ooking for sef-motivated individuas to be part of our ending Product Operations team to enabe the maintenance of high-quaity financia/ending products in a fast-paced, chaenging, and creative environment. Expectation: Working cosey with Product managers/ Business stakehoders to anayze product fows, keep track and monitor disbursement funnes in customer journeys and buid improvements in metrics. Monitoring a MIS servicing fows across various enders through contro and exception reports for possibe faiures and rectifying the same quicky. Deveop and streamine business processes to effectivey reduce faiures due to process gaps. Cross-departmenta coaboration: Foster coaboration between Business, ender, Product and Technoogy teams to troubeshoot for issues in API integrations. Customer experience: Work with CST and MHD support teams to improve the customer experience to quicky resove any issuesCoect, organize, and anayze data to hep Business and product management make decisions Best practices: Estabish interna best practices and promote them throughout the organization Abiity to understand different technoogy patforms, their features and be abe to work with soution architects/engineering eads and write detaied product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deiverabes Abiity to work with mutipe stakehoders / senior management / cross-functiona teams to infuence them for quicker decisions, manage sudden technica roadbocks and be abe to cear them
