As a Lead Guidewire BillingCenter Developer at BlitzenX, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-grade development and release execution across Guidewire InsuranceSuite Cloud. In this role, you will lead monthly merges from InsuranceSuite 10 into Guidewire Cloud environments, ensuring alignment with release targets. You will also build reusable, scalable configuration artifacts and custom Gosu code across UI, rules engine, and data models. Your responsibilities will include resolving configuration and application-level merge conflicts, Cloud Assurance findings, and deployment blockers. You will actively participate in end-to-end CI/CD processes, including GUnit test creation, AVF validations, build reviews, and code promotion. Collaborating with DevOps, QA, and Solution Architects will be crucial to validate environment readiness and deployment outcomes. Furthermore, you will mentor junior developers, enforce development standards, and ensure build quality in every sprint. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Guidewire BillingCenter development and configuration, with proven hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud implementation or migration. Expertise in Gosu, Product Model, Billing instructions, UI/page config, plugins, workflows, and resolving Cloud Assurance issues is essential. Additionally, strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, AVF) and release automation practices is required.
