Job Description

Location - Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify key customer pain points and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Marketing) to align strategies and drive successful launches.
  • Create clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to target B2B personas.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, white papers, and other content to support the sales cycle.
  • Work with internal and external teams to create case studies, blogs, email campaigns, and webinars that highlight product value.
  • Craft product-related content that resonates with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage product launches and create go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft impactful messaging.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
