Product Manager - Rewards & Commerce

As a member of the Jupiter team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding Jupiter's rewards ecosystem, including in-app commerce. Your primary focus will be on driving customer engagement and retention through the creation of compelling loyalty offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for defining, building, and launching new features and programs that cater to the evolving needs of our users. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze customer behavior data to identify opportunities for optimizing reward structures and increasing engagement. By researching industry trends and competitor offerings, you will help identify market opportunities in the realm of rewards and commerce. Additionally, gathering and synthesizing customer feedback will be essential in informing product improvements and ensuring that our offerings align with customer expectations. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in product internships within the Consumer Tech/B2C space. A user-first mindset, coupled with a deep understanding of user psyche and needs, will be fundamental to your success in this role. Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively articulate thoughts, ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and business teams.
