Position Title: Product Manager

KRAs:            
1. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and unmet customer needs in the industrial lubricants space2. Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases to support new product development and enhancements toexisting products3. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to define product requirements, pricing, and go-to-market plans4. Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, ongoing performance monitoring, and end-of-life planning5. Analyze product and market data to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and growth6. Develop and execute marketing plans to drive awareness, demand, and sales of industrial lubricants products7. Serve as the subject matter expert on industrial lubricants, providing technical support and training to the sales team asneeded8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact the business
