As a Product Manager at our leading pharma company based in Pune, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Brand Management - Brand Performance - Budgeting and Sales Forecasting - Successful new product launch - Searching/Identifying therapy gaps (New Product Development) & new business opportunities - Identifying and creating entry barriers - Driving implementation along with effective feedback mechanism - Specialty Development for your assigned brands - Maintaining Sales/Expense Ratio - Planning promotional activities/CMEs For this role, you should have 4-8 years of work experience in pharma marketing.
