Product Manager - Embedded Cybersecurity Position Specific duties : 1. Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product(s). Works with business owners to ensure that they are engaged and supportive of direction. 2. Makes final decisions on product functionality and ensure that functionality is aligned with Digital Product Manages strategic vision for the products within product family scope. 3. Maintains and refines product backlog. Ensures features definition, acceptance criteria, and stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the team; works with team to clarify as necessary. 4. Understands and supports inter-team dependencies and impediments and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Accountable for determining release date, scope of release and communication strategy. Monitors and communicates the key success metrics of the product. 6. Ensures an exceptional product experience collecting inputs from customers, market research while collaborating with UX, architecture and engineering resources. 7. Participates in team events (e.g., daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint demos). Required skill : 8+ years of experience with embedded systems/software engineering and/or IoT systems 4+ years of experience with leading and creating a vision for a team, and communication with leadership - Performed a Product Owner responsibilities in team - Proficient in Electrical System engineering and requirement engineering 5+ years of experience in development of embedded applications in C or C++ 5+ years of experience with Agile practices Experience with Linux distributions is added advantage Desired Experience Experience with embedded Linux and other Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) Experience in the development of embedded systems for vehicles Experience in the development of IoT devices Experience in the application of cryptographic security controls for embedded systems Strong communication and negotiation skills with stake holders and teams Bachelor's degree Computer Engineering, Cyber Security / Security Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience Advanced degree is a plus
