Product Manager 2- Experience

As a Product Manager 2 at smallcase, you will be joining the B2C team to contribute towards shaping the future of investing in India. Your role within the Experience Team will involve taking charge of the end-to-end user experience on the smallcase app and web, alongside influencing related business metrics. Working as a generalist PM, you will be focusing on user psychology, design-heavy UI flows, business fundamentals, and more within the fintech ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Co-own the product roadmap in collaboration with the leadership team - Manage sprint cycles, create spec documents, oversee development and delivery with engineering, design, data, and QA teams - Collaborate with users, analytics, and support team to analyze and track user activity effectively - Drive product growth and feature development to achieve business objectives - Engage in screen design, product management, and beta testing with the team to develop innovative solutions - Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback for product enhancement - Handle multiple projects simultaneously across various teams **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of direct product management experience in a user-facing (B2C/D2C/B2B) product role - Excellent communication skills for idea explanation, feedback gathering, and opinion sharing - Ability to troubleshoot with engineers and identify necessary fixes - Proficiency in copywriting and A/B Testing - Prior development experience or a relevant tech degree would be advantageous - Experience in finance and the stock market is preferred --- **About smallcase:** smallcase is revolutionizing the investment landscape in India by providing investment products and platforms to over 10 million Indians.
