Urgent Hiring: Key Account Manager (Gurgaon) Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Gurgaon Department: Sales (E-commerce) Reports To: Director Ecommerce Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our online business with leading e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The role involves handling key partner relationships, driving sales, executing growth strategies, and ensuring brand visibility across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow business with major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and D2C platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, vendor managers, and other stakeholders on partner platforms. Develop and execute joint business plans (JBP) to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets. Plan, monitor, and optimize sales performance across channels, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly targets. Analyze category trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Manage listings, pricing, promotions, advertising campaigns, and inventory on partner platforms. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product) for seamless operations and order fulfillment. Track KPIs such as sales performance, ROI, visibility, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Monitor compliance with platform policies and resolve operational or account-related issues. Prepare business performance reports and share insights with management for decision-making. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital retail, and online consumer behavior. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and ecommerce dashboards. Ability to plan and execute promotional campaigns effectively. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. 4 to 8 years of experience in ecommerce account management, online sales, or key account management. Proven track record of managing accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc. Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer electronics, fashion, or relevant industry preferred.
