Product Leader-SAAS

As a highly experienced Product Leader in the SAAS domain, you will join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad/ Kolkata. With 10-12 years of experience and a successful track record in a product-based company, you will drive the development and execution of AI/ML products. Your key responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, strategy, and vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and managing the product lifecycle. You will measure and evaluate product performance, communicate with stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Master's in business administration would be an added advantage. Professional certifications in Product Management, AI/ML, or related areas are preferred. In terms of behavioral skills, you possess excellent leadership and communication abilities, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and a passion for innovation. You have a good understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles, experience with AI/ML tools and platforms, familiarity with data analysis and predictive analytics, and knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
