Product Lead, Contractor Invoicing & Compliance

Role Overview: As a member of the product team at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in defining the product direction to solve customer problems effectively. You will work towards ensuring customer success and the overall growth of the business by leveraging insights from user research, product-generated data, competitive analysis, and market understanding. Your primary responsibility will be to prioritize features, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and iterate based on data and customer feedback to meet and exceed the set goals. Key Responsibilities: - Own the overall strategy and execution for Rippling's Contractor hub and compliance products - Scale Contractor invoicing product to cater to various use cases of current and future clients, especially those with large contractor and freelancer workforces - Drive the discovery and development of significant initiatives in the contractor space, such as invoicing for non-Rippling clients and contractor misclassification detection - Enhance the Compliance 360 experience to address reporting requirements, company-level infractions, and provide useful tips for admins unfamiliar with employment regulations in different jurisdictions - Invest in the Compliance platform to support quick evaluation of hundreds to thousands of individuals dynamically across various product experiences in Rippling - Increase cross-selling opportunities from contractors to EOR by expanding the contractor base on Rippling - Ensure that Rippling's commitment to speed and simplicity is maintained while accommodating additional complex use cases - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure successful product development and launch - Engage with key stakeholders like customers, sales, marketing, and customer support to gather feedback and ensure the product aligns with their requirements Qualifications: - 7+ years of Product Management experience - Self-starter with a bias towards action - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Deep sense of ownership and responsibility - Endless curiosity and attention to detail - Experience in launching successful products - Strong motivator with the ability to inspire others - Customer-centric approach - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong analytical, prioritization, and problems-solving abilities - Alignment with Rippling's core values: We Run Hard, We Push the Limits of Possible, and Never Not My Problem,
