What We’re Looking For 7–10 years of experience in software product management, with direct ownership of B2C or B2B SaaS products. Proven experience in building subscription-based products, ideally in social media, creator tools, or consumer-facing platforms. Strong experience working on western-market B2C products with proven traction and daily usage at scale. Deep experience taking products from 0 to 1 and growing them through scale and maturity. Strong product intuition paired with analytical rigor — you’re comfortable with product analytics, A/B testing, and KPI modeling. Comfortable working with technical teams — you don’t need to code, but you know your APIs from your SDKs. Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Notion, Productboard, or similar. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional and async-first environments. A mindset of extreme ownership — you’re a self-starter who gets things done and drives outcomes. Experience in agile methodologies and prioritization frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW.
