You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end research operations related to UX Research for SAAS products. Working closely with cross-organizational teams including Product Management, User Experience Design, Product Intelligence, Product Operations, and Engineering, you will play a key role in building and facilitating early adopter testing programs. Your primary focus will be on growing the research practice and operations, managing participant recruitment and engagement, and ensuring knowledge and insights management. Within UX Research Operations, you will be expected to develop and maintain a user advisory board for research efforts, manage customer recruiting and engagement to enhance UXR research efficiency, establish strong relationships across clients for sourcing new customers, and create processes to track customer/user outreach and engagement while ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting UX research processes, especially concerning customer/user recruiting and engagement, and maintaining a quarterly UXR newsletter. Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the UX Research team and activities will be a key aspect of your role, along with contributing to the development of best practices, templates, processes, and frameworks. As a UX Researcher, you will independently plan and conduct research using various methods such as usability testing, interviews, field studies, concept testing, and surveys. You will work closely with senior researchers to apply appropriate analysis methods to translate data into actionable findings and recommendations. It will also be your responsibility to keep stakeholders informed and advocate for user empathy throughout the research process, as well as present findings and recommendations to drive design, development, and strategy. Moreover, you will create user personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables to support the UX Research function effectively.,
