Product Graphic Designer

• Conceptualize and design bespoke graphics, monograms, patterns, and embellishments for our core luxury products, including leather bags, jackets, footwear, and accessories.
• Develop designs for various application techniques such as embossing, debossing, foiling, printing, laser etching, and hardware engraving.
• Collaborate intimately with master artisans, leather experts, and product developers to ensure design feasibility and flawless execution while respecting the integrity of the materials.
• Create detailed technical packs and specifications for production teams and manufacturing partners.

2. Diversified & Technical Product Graphic Design:

• Translate the brand's core luxury aesthetic into sophisticated and functional graphic solutions for a diverse B2B and B2G portfolio.

• Medical & Med-Tech:

  Design elegant and intuitive iconography, user interface (UI) elements, and branding for high-end medical devices and equipment, focusing on clarity, precision, and a premium user experience.

• Defence:

  Create refined and discreet branding, labelling, and operational graphics for specialized defence-related products, balancing brand identity with stringent functional requirements.

• Catalyst:

  Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing graphic applications for industrial products like scientific apparatus, transforming them into objects of design.

• Hospitality:

  Design graphics for in-room products, amenities, and branded collateral that elevate the guest experience to the highest standard of luxury.

3. Brand & Concept Development:

• Work alongside the Creative Director to research, conceptualize, and develop the seasonal and evergreen graphic language for all product categories.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ensure absolute consistency of the brands visual identity across all products, from a couture jacket to a complex technical console.
• Stay ahead of trends in both luxury fashion, material science, and industrial design.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of professional design experience, with a significant portion spent within a luxury brand, a high-end design consultancy, or a related industry.

• An exceptional portfolio is mandatory.

  The portfolio must showcase a strong emphasis on graphics applied to physical products (hard and soft goods). Demonstrable experience with luxury materials, especially leather, is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work across wildly different product categories and adapt your design thinking from purely aesthetic to highly functional applications.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D mock up and rendering software (e.g., Key Shot, Blender, Rhino, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of typography, iconography, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, materials, and printing/application techniques.
• An obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to perfection.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to both creative and technical stakeholders.
• A resilient, adaptable, and proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
