We are seeing a talented Graphic Designer to join the SearchUnify team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric, visually engaging digital assets that communicate the value of our AI-powered search solutions. Youll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and UX/UI teams to produce high-quality graphics, UI components, and digital designs that align with our brand and drive user engagement. Key Responsibilities: Design & Create Visual Assets Develop engaging graphics, marketing materials, and digital assets.. Design landing pages, social media posts, email templates, advertisements, and other promotional content. Marketing & Product Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts. Ensure all designs effectively communicate the value of SearchUnifys products and solutions. UI/UX Design for Web & Mobile Design intuitive and visually appealing UI elements for web and mobile applications. Maintain consistency with SearchUnify’s brand and user experience guidelines. Wireframing & Prototyping Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface mockups. Create interactive prototypes for internal and customer-facing products and platforms. User Experience & Design Consistency Work with the UX/UI team to design seamless user experiences. Ensure a visually consistent design approach across all digital assets and platforms. Design System Maintenance Maintain and update design systems in Figma to ensure consistency. Standardize design elements, typography, color schemes, and components. Collaboration & Iteration Gather requirements from cross-functional teams. Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure timely updates. Stay Updated on Trends Research and stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices. Implement innovative design approaches to enhance engagement. Project & Time Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality design standards. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating digital assets and marketing materials. 2. Design & Technical Skills Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and maintaining design systems. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition. Experience designing digital assets for websites, landing pages, social media, email marketing, and online advertisements. Familiarity with design trends and the ability to adapt them into compelling visuals for both B2B and consumer-facing content. Experience with vector graphics and illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, especially for web-based content design. 4. Collaboration & Communication Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams. Ability to interpret feedback and refine designs based on stakeholder inputs. 5. Project & Time Management Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment, particularly with tech or AI-driven products. Animation & Motion Design Knowledge of animation and motion design using tools like Adobe After Effects, Lottie, and Figma animations. Responsive & Platform-Specific Design Familiarity with responsive design principles for creating assets optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms. UI/UX Collaboration & Tools Experience working closely with UI/UX teams and developers to implement design solutions effectively. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design, prototyping, and collaboration. Generative AI & Design Automation Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva, and Designs.ai for automated content creation. Familiarity with AI-powered design enhancements to improve efficiency and workflow automation. Why Join Us?
