PRODUCT EXPERT

• Act as a subject-matter expert for assigned products by developing in-depth knowledge of features, specifications, use cases, and competitive positioning to effectively support customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Engage with customers through demos, presentations, trainings, and consultations to explain product capabilities, address queries, and recommend optimal solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and support teams to provide product insights, assist in pre-sales activities, and contribute to successful product adoption and retention.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer feedback, market trends, and product performance data to share actionable inputs for product improvements and roadmap planning.
• Support product launches by creating and delivering enablement materials, user guides, FAQs, and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues at a functional level, coordinate with technical teams for resolution, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction.
