Job Description

As a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design at the Pune development center, you will be an experienced User Experience/Interaction Designer with a strong passion for data-driven experience design. You will work within the Product Development team, focusing on rapid iteration of Prototypes and MVPs in the B2B and B2B2C domains, emphasizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to solve complex business challenges. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Data Products using human-centric design principles and rapid prototyping methodologies. You will contribute to the design of digital data products, ensuring optimal user experiences by participating in "Design Thinking" workshops and exploring innovative solutions in the realm of Big Data, AI, and ML. Additionally, you will work on defining the next generation of data-driven products and contributing to Mastercard's design pattern library. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Data Products - Participate in "Design Thinking" workshops to ensure optimal user experiences - Explore innovative solutions in the realm of Big Data, AI, and ML - Create cohesive visual language across various platforms - Collaborate with key partners to enhance product design quality - Drive experimentation to improve product design quality **Qualifications Required:** - Strong background in Interaction Design - Experience in developing User Archetypes and rapid prototyping - Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Experience Design - Knowledge of Visual Design, UX research, and client-facing engagements is a plus - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent experience If you are a detail-oriented, user-centric designer passionate about data-driven experiences and eager to shape the future of Mastercard through innovative design solutions, we encourage you to apply.
