Product Executive

Job Description As a Product Executive for the NUVO | INOVO division under Intas Animal Health, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business and marketing plans for the assigned brands/portfolio. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales and profit objectives, designing marketing inputs and communications, monitoring brand campaigns, and conducting training sessions for the field force. Additionally, you will be involved in attending to technical queries from customers and field force, conducting clinical trials, retailers meetings, and giving presentations, as well as assessing strategy effectiveness and competitor monitoring through fieldwork. Key Responsibilities - Develop annual business & marketing plans for assigned brands/portfolio. - Achieve portfolio sales & profit objectives. - Conceptualize and design marketing inputs & communications. - Create, implement & monitor brand campaigns. - Attend to technical queries of customers/field force on brands/portfolio. - Train field force. - Conduct strategy/briefing meetings of field sales team. - Conduct clinical trials, retailers meetings & give presentations. - Perform fieldwork for assessing strategy effectiveness & implementation, competitor monitoring. - Operate trade campaigns. Qualification Required Mandatory: - MBA with B.Sc. & AH / B. Pharm from a reputed institute. Preferred: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field.
