Job Description

As a Product Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle development and operation of various technological applications within a specific domain. Your role will involve leading teams of engineering professionals organized into cross-functional Agile PODs. You will exemplify the principles of a modern product engineering organization, emphasizing continuous delivery, business engagement, and comprehensive ownership of product technology. - Lead Agile POD engineering teams, providing technical guidance and support to ensure they own their products from development to production with clear accountability. - Promote Experience Led, Modern Applications (e.g., Microservices, APIs) and Engineering (e.g., Full Stack, DevSecOps) to drive delivery excellence and innovation. - Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize features and improvements for long-term growth. - Develop scalable strategies, delegate effectively, and empower team leaders to maintain high collaboration and productivity across geographically distributed teams. - Apply insights from Project to Product by Dr. Mik Kersten for transformation and value delivery. - Align engineering efforts with customer needs and business outcomes to enhance client relationships. - Strategic understanding to foster a product-first mindset for building and improving applications. - Minimum 15+ years of complex solutioning experience with broad technical experience and domain expertise across verticals. - Proficient in delivery management, including decomposing business challenges, and identifying necessary technical capabilities such as UI, Natural UI, AI, Cloud/Cloud Native, Orchestration, Database, and Low Latency. - Demonstrated relationship management skills with effective executive communication abilities and the capability to provide constructive challenges and valuable insights to counterparts. - Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in a senior leadership role, exhibiting strong leadership skills to build a robust technology architecture function and proficient in mentoring and talent management.,
