Product & Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Monitor product performance through analytics and feedback, iterating to improve outcomes.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and planning.
• Ensure alignment across teams and manage communication related to product status and updates.
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of technology and software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver successful products.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  

Nice to have

• Build, enhance, and maintain features for our Al-powered slide creation platform.
• Develop and optimize frontend Uls with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, ensuring responsive and smooth user experiences.
• Work on backend services with Node.js + Supabase, handling data management, APIs, and authentication flows.
• Integrate AI SDKs and APIs (OpenAl, Vercel AI SDK, or similar) into production-ready features.
• Collaborate with the team to ship user-friendly, performant features quickly.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel and related cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability across the stack.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency with frontend and backend.
• 3+ years of professional experience building web applications.
