Product Engineering Lead

**Job Description:** As the Product Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical design, development, and delivery of products to ensure the highest standards of engineering excellence are maintained. Your role will involve leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, testing, and optimizing new product features, as well as refining and enhancing existing ones. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to build and scale high-quality products. - Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment within the team. - Provide guidance on technical best practices, coding standards, and software design patterns. - Oversee the entire product engineering process, ensuring technical requirements are met. - Collaborate with product management and design teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features. - Architect scalable and maintainable systems aligned with the company's long-term vision. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of product features. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement in engineering practices. - Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency. - Contribute to the strategic direction of product development and track progress of engineering projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in product engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong experience with modern software development technologies and frameworks. - Proven experience in designing and scaling complex, high-traffic products. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing the full product development lifecycle. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
