Thoroughly investigate leads on possible fraud provided by both internal and external clients. Use data-driven points to identify fraudulent patterns and take preventative measures. Provide detailed analysis and reporting on fraudulent activity for supervisors and key stakeholders. Review Fraud queues promptly to ensure efficiency for orders or users needing further review. Maintain clean and detailed record keeping of instances of Fraud and losses sustained by StockX. Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify new areas of fraudulent activity and take preventative measures. Provide feedback and assistance to additional departments in instances of possible fraud. Provide analysis to fraud prevention partners and related vendors on new trends or actions needing to be taken to prevent fraudulent activity. Facilitate regular meetings with vendors or other departments to update on current fraud trends. Review and assist in the development of suspicious activity/exception alerts to identify fraudulent or suspicious activity. Use detailed fraud detection methods to make informed decisions on StockX orders status and users status. Thoroughly investigate all payment disputes and provide detailed analysis of identified dispute-related trends. Investigate and analyze chargeback patterns and trends to deploy fast remediation efforts Review and investigate fraud and chargeback reports to help proactively identify trends and deflect possible fraud and chargebacks. Review fraud and policy abuse trends in the industry and apply knowledge to proactively prevent risk. As VP of Design, you'll head the design philosophy while building and scaling a high performing UI/UX team. Collaborating closely with management team, you'll ensure every product interaction is seamless, intuitive, and meaningful. With expertise in high scale product ecosystems, you'll define and track key design metrics that align with overall product success. What you'll Do: Build a high performance design team focused on Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design and Research. Champion a design culture that embeds player centric thinking in every stage of product development. Leverage AI to bring efficiency to design life cycle and to build more immersive experiences. Partner with product, engineering and leadership teams to shape product strategies that are grounded in UX and player behavior insights. Define and drive design KPIs like user engagement, retention, task success rate, usability scores and conversion metrics etc Lead design execution across games with scalable processes from user flows and wireframes to polished UI and prototyping. Build scalable design systems and processes for consistency across platforms and teams. Drive a culture of experimentation, iteration, and data-informed design decisions. Serve as a voice of the player while aligning design outcomes with business goals and product roadmaps. What you'll Bring: Min 15+ years of experience in product design with at least 5 years in a design leadership role. Proven experience building and scaling design teams in gaming, tech-first or consumer digital products preferred. Deep expertise in UI/UX design, usability principles, and interaction design across mobile and web platforms. Strong understanding of design KPIs and their linkage to product performance. Strong design portfolio showcasing product impact, strategy, and team leadership.

Played a Project Lead or Technical Lead role extensively, with recent exposure to project coordination and delivery oversight. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, understand system components and dependencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and driving execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality goals. Strong understanding of technical architectures, design, and development lifecycle in product engineering from concept to deployment. Leverages SDLC knowledge and technical expertise to identify risks and issues early and work with the team to resolve them proactively. Supports effort estimation, task planning, and contributes to resource allocation based on project needs. Good grasp of change management and risk mitigation principles. Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and ensure transparency in delivery. Desired Skills Hands-on experience in .NET, MS SQL, CI/CD, DevOps tools, and microservices-based architecture. Solid experience working in Agile teams and participating in sprints, reviews, and retrospectives. Proficient with tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or other project tracking and collaboration tools. Experience in effort estimation using industry-standard methods. Demonstrated capability in mentoring and leading teams of 5+ members. Exposure to the Payments and Financial Services domain is a plus.
