Product Engineer Mobile Development Android

Role Overview: As a product engineer in the Mobile development group at your company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and scaling various modules of a mobile app. You are a research-oriented technology person who can take the responsibility to build and release deliveries of the mobile application. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build advanced applications for the Android Mobile platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency - Be responsible for delivery schedules, code reviews, and maintaining the quality of code - Plan and deliver features in good quality and in time Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in CSE / IT / ECE or M.C.A. - Good academic background and software product development experience - 2+ years of experience in android software development - Experience in working with Android frameworks such as Activity Manager, Resource Manager, Content Providers, View System, Notification Manager, and Location Manager - Experience with third-party libraries and APIs - Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies - Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle - Good understanding of agile methodologies, iterative development, scrum, etc. - Good communication skills, attitude, and aptitude - Prior start-up experience is a big plus - Cross Platform Frameworks (PhoneGap, IONIC) hands-on experience is also a plus Additional Company Details: For more information about working at Alphamate, feel free to contact us or send your resume directly to mailto:careers@alphamate.in,
