Product Engineer, Infrastructure and Licensing

Job Description: As a Product Engineer, Infrastructure & Licensing at Gamma Technologies, your main responsibility will be to help customers successfully implement and use the GT-SUITE software. You will oversee IT-facing components of the software, provide technical support to customers, and ensure a smooth, productive, and secure user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage software installer across various platforms - Provide technical support to customers for software installation, licensing, antivirus conflicts, and security vulnerabilities - Define and own the long-term vision for IT-facing components of GT-SUITE - Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align product features with business goals and customer needs - Work with security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure the software remains secure - Oversee concurrent development projects and participate in project management activities such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives Qualifications Required: - BS/BA in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field - Relevant fields of study: Software Engineering, IT Systems, or Network Administration - 3-5 years of experience in technical support, product management, or IT-related roles - Prior exposure to customer-facing support roles in a technical capacity - Experience with software installation, licensing management tools, and complex troubleshooting - Familiarity with security vulnerability management, antivirus software, and various operating systems - Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability and willingness to work from 3 pm to 11.59 pm IST for global collaboration Additional Details: Gamma Technologies offers a dynamic and highly talented team environment, the opportunity to implement your ideas and build a professional network in various industries.
