Department - Digital and Technology A. Position Summary: This role leads the design, delivery, and optimization of digital buy journeys across the life insurance business, enabling seamless access for employee partners, brokers, and agents. The individual will also own customer-facing platforms including mobile apps and the company website. A critical aspect of the role is to collaborate with key business functions Sales, Product, Actuarial, and Operations- to align digital delivery with business goals. The role will also spearhead technology integrations with public entities like UIDAI, IIB, NSDL, and key partner systems. Deep domain expertise in life insurance products and riders is essential. B . Key Responsibilities: Digital Buy Journeys: Lead end-to-end design and delivery of digital sales journeys for internal and external distribution partners. Ensure regulatory compliance, user experience consistency, and seamless integration with core systems. Deliver modern, responsive, and secure digital experiences that reflect brand values and user needs. Product Digitization & Launch Support: Partner with product and actuarial teams to digitize new life insurance products and riders. Align launch timelines, product specifications, and user journeys with internal systems and platforms. Ecosystem Integrations: Lead integration of platforms with external infrastructure such as UIDAI (e-KYC), IIB (insurance data), NSDL (demat), and other regulatory resources. Drive scalable and secure integration with partner systems to enable straight-through onboarding and servicing. Business Leadership Engagement: Work closely with Sales, Product, Actuarial, and Operations leadership to define and deliver digital initiatives that directly support business KPIs. Act as a digital thought partner, translating business requirements into execution blueprints. Program Leadership & Delivery Excellence: Build and manage cross-functional teams for product, design, engineering, and partner onboarding. Institutionalize agile practices, delivery governance, and release discipline across digital programs. C. Job Specifications: Qualifications: Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. Certifications in BI, Data Analytics, or AI/ML tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAS) preferred. Experience: 12+ years of experience in solution delivery, Product implementation, B2B/B2C digital journeys preferably in life insurance or financial services. Strong expertise in Product lifecycle management thru enterprise grade implementation of Digital Journeys, BI generation, product configurator etc. Proven track record of creating and driving enterprise grade solutions that scale D. Key Technical Skills and Core Behavioral Competencies E. Familiarity with insurance ecosystem integrations (UIDAI, IIB, NSDL) and partner API design. F. Understanding of customer lifecycle journeys and digital service frameworks in insurance. G. Experience with agile software development practices, API management, and secure platform architecture. H.
