Product Development Manager

As a Manager, Product Development in the healthcare domain, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions for a prominent healthcare client. With 12 to 20 years of experience, you will play a vital role in overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. Your key responsibilities will include mentoring and inspiring the development team to achieve project goals, providing technical guidance on architecture, design, coding, and best practices, as well as ensuring quality, security, and performance through code reviews and testing. You will drive the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and identify risks while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your technical skills will involve a strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Python, Angular/React, SQL, along with hands-on experience with AWS (Cloud Services, IAC, Terraform, ECS/EKS) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, containerization, and DevOps practices. Understanding cybersecurity principles, secure coding practices, and basic exposure to AI/ML concepts will be essential. In addition to your technical expertise, your leadership and soft skills will be crucial in this role. You should have proven ability to mentor and grow teams, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, conflict resolution and decision-making abilities, and the agility to align long-term goals with the organizational vision in dynamic project environments. A B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent) is required for this position.
