Product Developer - Senior Vice President

You will be joining the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) Wholesale Loans and Data Execution team as a Technical Product Development professional, focusing on Business Analytics and Product Management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technology and front-to-back offices to support the achievement of strategic goals. The team's mission is to provide end-to-end credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management, and monitoring for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: - Identify areas for improvement by engaging with front office users and their management teams, prototype solutions, and develop business requirements. - Continuously learn from business management and technology partners to identify opportunities for delivering business value through tactical tools. - Create prototypes for analytical tools to be later productionized by EDO technology. - Collaborate with internal organizations such as finance, risk, middle office, and compliance to enhance cross-functional workflows, feeds, and reporting. - Partner with technology counterparts to define requirements and ensure proper governance over applications development, testing, and releases. - Stay updated on market, industry, and client trends to apply them to Citis products and solutions platforms. - Develop plans, prioritize, coordinate design and delivery of products or features to product release, and act as a product ambassador within the user community. - Provide user training, gather feedback, and drive systems adoption. - Address ad-hoc data requests and provide necessary reporting. - Mentor/Lead junior product developers on best technical and business practices.
