As a Product Designer at Asite, you will play a crucial role in simplifying complex workflows in the construction tech space for our B2B, SaaS Products, Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, and Oil & Gas domains. Your focus will be on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for contractors, project managers, and field teams to manage projects, documents, schedules, and compliance effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate business requirements, user goals, and technical constraints into usable design solutions, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. - Design web and mobile-responsive interfaces for construction-specific workflows such as CDEs, RFIs, inspections, schedules, and submittals. - Conduct user research and usability testing with construction professionals to validate design decisions. - Build and maintain a robust design system that caters to the needs of web and mobile users. - Continuously iterate on design solutions based on real-world usage, analytics, and feedback from field users. - Advocate for enterprise user needs, accessibility, and simplicity in B2B SaaS environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user insights and feedback into designs. - Contribute to evolving the design system for consistency and scalability across the platform. - Play a proactive role in improving the design process continually. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in designing web and mobile applications, preferably in B2B SaaS. - Proficiency in design methodologies like information architecture, usability testing, interaction design, and user research. - Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, especially in construction, industrial, or field-service tools. - Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. - Experience with product discovery, design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and front-end development concepts. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent teamwork skills.
