Product Designer Lead

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process for key product verticals (Web + Mobile). Partner with Product, Engineering, Business, Research, and Data Science teams to define user problems and design intuitive solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to balance product goals, business needs, and technical constraints, ensuring that designs are both user-centered and feasible Create and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across platforms. Translate complex construction workflows into elegant UX that works across user types and device contexts. Participate in or lead user research initiativeswhether via formal research partners or field immersionto deeply understand user workflows and constraints. Advocate for user needs and continuously champion UX metrics like task success rate, time-to-complete, and CSAT. Collaborate on roadmap planning and feature prioritization with data-backed rationale. Contribute to a culture of critique, feedback, and growthboth within design and cross-functionally. Represent design in leadership reviews and actively help hire top-tier talent. What You Bring - ~10 years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally in manufacturing/warehousing, Sales automations, or logistics-heavy platforms. - Mastery over modern UX/UI tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools. - Experience in building and managing design systems and component libraries. - Strong visual, interaction, and systems thinking capabilities with an eye for micro-interactions and UX polish. - Ability to influence strategy and drive consensus across engineering, product, and operations. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to present to executives and external partners alike. - Good to have: Experience in construction-tech, logistics, or industrial B2B domains. Or demonstrate a clear willingness and history to be able to deeply understand a new domain, user personas, and key workflows to design relevant and impactful solutions.
